To promote a better satisfaction projects through the complete effort, teamwork and cooperation of a team composing of highly skilled technical workers including all the Engineers from different allied Engineering professions, from the bare land soil study and analysis jobs with Geotechnical and Geodetic Engineers to rising of the entire building with the Architects, Structual Engineers, Plumbing Engineers, Electrical Engineers, Mechanical Engineers, Electronic Engineers etc. etc. All working together towards a common goal and purpose.

History Of The Founder
Engr. John Christian Graganta
Engr. John Christian Graganta, a former employee of Mamerto Construction Builders Corporation from the year 2015 to 2018 who served as one of the Project & Site Engineers of the company and have completed various projects including the 250 sqm Two(2)-Storey Residential Bldg., 180sqm Two(2)-Storey Residential Bldg., and Vice President—IMD Office at St. Lukes Medical Center, etc. He is also a former employee of Prudenzia Construction and Realty Development Corporation and served as the Project Engineer from the year 2018 to 2020 and have experience to be part of the construction team, one of the Engineers handling the structural & construction operations with the Project Manager for the completion of various projects including the 1,800 sq.m. Hino Sales Building, the 1,000 sq.m. Hino Service Center & Motorpool and an approximate 4-Hectares of Land Site development consisting of Roadways, Sidewalks, Curbs and Gutters and Drainages underneath, Parking space and Landscaping. And lastly, Engr. John Christian Graganta, former employee of Kyro Builders Incorporated from the year 2020 to year
He became part of the construction team for the completion of different horizontal construction projects including 5-Kilometers Road Rehabilitation and 4-
Kilometers New National Irrigation Administration Road construction project including Sidewaks, drainages underneath, and Irrigational Canal structures.
Goals, Ambitions and Dreams of the Founder
Through the experience of Engr. John Christian Clart Graganta, he try his luck to build and to do his own Construction Firm to to apply all the experiences and knowledge he learned while working to different companies through the past seven(7) years to be able to build his own projects either Residential, Commercial and Industrial projects under his name and his own company and hoping someday to create and develop a certain land, a bare land into a well developed community under his name and his own company.
